Antibacterial synergist 1

Overview

Antibacterial synergist 1 (compound 20P) is a bacterial biofilm inhibitor. Antibacterial synergist 1 inhibits the production of pyocyanin and biofilm formation with IC 50 s of 8.6 and 4.5 μM, respectively. Antibacterial synergist 1 has the potential for the research of P. aeruginosa infections.
