Overview

Brevianamide F (Cyclo(L-Pro-L-Trp)) is a mycotoxin isolated from Colletotrichum gloeosporioides , with antibacterial activity. Brevianamide F shows potent PI3Kα inhibitory activity with an IC 50 of 4.8 μM.
