Overview

Elastatinal is a potent and competitive inhibitor of elastase , with a K i of 0.21 μM. Elastatinal more potently inhibits pancreatic elastase versus leucocyte elastase . Elastatinal shows no activity on human leucocyte chymotrypsin-like protease.
