Overview

H-Glu(Met-OH)-OH (H-γ-Glu-Met-OH; γ-Glu-Met) is a DPP-IV inhibitor with an IC 50 of 2.11 mM. H-Glu(Met-OH)-OH binds to DPP-IV’s active site to block substrate binding. H-Glu(Met-OH)-OH can be used for the research of type 2 diabetes.
