Overview

Antifungal agent 28 inhibits pathogenic strains of C. albicans and non-albicans species including fluconazole-resistant strains. Antifungal agent 28 inhibits Cryptococcus and Aspergillus strains. Antifungal agent 28 disrupts mature Candida biofilm.
