Overview

NS5A-IN-4 (Compound 1.12) is an orally active pan-genotypic hepatitis C virus ( HCV ) NS5A inhibitor with IC 50 values of 1.2, 2296, 4.6, 362, 10.3 and 693 pM against gT1b , gT1a , gT2a , gT3a , gT4a and gT5a . NS5A-IN-4 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
