Anticandidal agent-1

Overview

Anticandidal agent-1 (compound c2) is a potent and broad-spectrum anticandidal agent. Anticandidal agent-1 shows anticandidal activity against C. albicans and C. glabrata , with MIC 50 values of 8.65 and 13.51 μg/mL, respectively. Anticandidal agent-1 inhibits biofilm by blocking hyphal elongation and filamentation.
