Overview

(S,R,S)-AHPC-C2-amide-benzofuranylmethyl-pyridine not only targets the ubiquitination and degradation of Smad3 , but also elevates the protein level of HIF-α , thereby exerting multi-pathway anti-fibrotic and renoprotective effects.
