Overview

RBP4 ligand-1 is a non-retinoid ligands for ( RBP4 ) retinol-binding protein 4. The hRBP4 SPA IC 50 and RBP4-TTR FRET IC 50 values are 0.23±0.11 and 0.13±0.12 μM in the radioligand binding assay and FRET assay, respectively.
