Overview

Zosurabalpin is a polypeptide antibiotic targeting LPS transporter (LptB 2 FGC complex), which can block the transport of LPS and lead to endotoxin accumulation in cells, and has shown excellent antibacterial activity against Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni (CRAB) .
