Overview

NOD2 antagonist 1 is a selective NOD2 antagonist with an IC50 of 5.23 μM. NOD2 antagonist 1 acts directly on the NOD2 protein, downregulates the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-8 and TNF-α, and inhibits the synergistic cross-response of inflammation mediated by NOD2 and TLR4.
