Overview

α-Amylase/α-Glucosidase-IN-1 (compound 33) is a potent α-amylase/α-glucosidase inhibitor with IC 50 s of 2.01, 2.09 µM for α-amylase and α-glucosidase, respectively. Kinetic studies predict that α-Amylase/α-Glucosidase-IN-1 has the potential of anti hyperglycemia.
