Overview

HSP90-IN-14 (compound 4) is a potent Hsp90 ( heat shock protein 90) inhibitor, with a K d of 0.26 μM. HSP90-IN-14 shows anti-influenza virus activity in MDCK cells, with EC 50 values of 2.6, 3.9, and 17 μM for influenza A/H3N2, A/H1N1, and B, respectively.
