Overview

Revamilast (GRC 4039) is an orally active phosphodiesterase-4 ( PDE4 ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 3 nM. Revamilast inhibits the production of TNF-α . It can be used for research on rheumatoid arthritis, plaque psoriasis, asthma, and other inflammatory diseases.
