ent-Avibactam sodium

Overview

Ent-Avibactam sodium (AVE1330A) is a β-lactamase inhibitor with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. When combined with Cefazidime ( HY-B0593 ), ent-Avibactam sodium exhibits significant inhibitory effects on Enterobacteriaceae bacteria that produce Ambler A and C types of β-lactamases. The IC 50 value of ent-Avibactam sodium is much lower than that of commonly used β-lactamase inhibitors Clavulanic acid ( HY-A0256 ) and Ticarcillin ( HY-139805 ), demonstrating its high efficiency in inhibiting TEM-1 and P99 enzymes .
