Overview

PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 is a PROTAC degrader targeting eDHFR . PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 promotes the formation of a ternary complex between eDHFR-tagged proteins and the E3 ligase Cereblon , driving ubiquitin-proteasome-mediated degradation. PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 downregulates eDHFR-YFP in lymphoid cells and embryonic kidney cells. PROTAC eDHFR Degrader-2 can be used in studies related to metastatic ovarian cancer .
