Phosphodiesterase-IN-1 (Compound 7) is a phosphodiesterase ( PDE ) inhibitor with anti-Plasmodium activity. Phosphodiesterase-IN-1 has antiproliferative activity against P. falciparum (strain 3D7) with an IC 50 value of 0.64 μM.
