Antitumor agent-107 (compound 5h) is an anticancer agent that shows excellent inhibitory activity against leukemia cell lines ( GI 50 =0.32-1.34 μM). Antitumor agent-107 also shows antitumor activity against various other human cancer cell lines ( GI 50 range 0.35-9.43 μM).
