HIV-1 inhibitor-45 is a potent HIV-1 RNase H inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 0.067 μM. HIV-1 inhibitor-45 shows an antiviral activity. HIV-1 inhibitor-45 shows poor cell permeability (with an apparent permeability coefficient (P app ) lower than 0.48 × 10 −6 cm/s).
