MOL-6131

Overview

MOL-6131 is a highly selective, reversible tryptase inhibitor, with a K i of 45 nM. MOL-6131 significantly reduces the following features of allergic airway inflammation: eosinophil infiltration in lung tissue, goblet cell hyperplasia and mucus occlusion of airways.
