Overview

LPA5 antagonist 1 (Compound 66) is a potent and selective lysophosphatidic acid receptor 5 ( LPA5 ) antagonist ( IC 50 =32 nM). LPA5 antagonist 1 shows high blood-brain-barrier permeability and anti-nociceptive activity. LPA5 antagonist 1 can be used in inflammatory and neuropathic pain research. LPA5 antagonist 1 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
