Chitin synthase inhibitor 10 also is an antifungal agent and has significantly antifungal activity against drug-resistant fungal variants, such as C. albicans and C. neoformans . Chitin synthase inhibitor 10 can be used for the research of invasive fungal infections (IFIs).
