Icotinib Hydrochloride

Overview

Icotinib Hydrochloride (BPI-2009) is a potent, CNS-penetrant and specific EGFR inhibitor with an IC 50 of 5 nM; also inhibits mutant EGFR L858R , EGFR L858R/T790M , EGFR T790M and EGFR L861Q . Icotinib (Hydrochloride) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
