JZP-MA-13

Overview

JZP-MA-13 is a selective α/β-hydrolase domain 6 (ABHD6) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 392 nM. JZP-MA-13 shows no inhibition of MAGL , ABHD12, FAAH , or other serine hydrolases . JZP-MA-13 is a positron emission tomography (PET) ligand for in vivo imaging of the ABHD6.
