FINDY

Overview

FINDY is a folding intermediate-selective inhibitor of DYRK1A . FINDY can inhibit Ser97 autophosphorylation with an IC 50 value of 35 μM. FINDY can be used for the research of neurological disorder. FINDY is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
