AMPD2 inhibitor 2

Overview

AMPD2 inhibitor 2 (compound 21) is a potent AMP deaminase 2 (AMPD2) inhibitor with IC 50 s of 0.1 μM and 0.28μM for hAMPD2 and mAMPD2, respectively. AMPD2 inhibitor 2 has the potential for evaluating the physiological role of AMPD2 in mice maintained on a high fat diet.
