Overview

DHFR-IN-5 is a potent and orally active dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitor with a K i value of 0.54 nM for quadruple mutant Plasmodium falciparum DHFR. DHFR-IN-5 shows anti-malaria activity.
