Overview

PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 is a selective and efficacious PROTAC degrader of STAT3 protein with a DC 50 of 3.54 μM in Molm-16 Cell. PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 has the potential for cancer research. PROTAC STAT3 degrader-2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
