Overview

PROTAC BCR-ABL Degrader-1 is a PROTAC degrader targeting BCR-ABL , and also selectively inhibits cancer cell proliferation. PROTAC BCR-ABL Degrader-1 induces degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system to reduce protein levels. PROTAC BCR-ABL Degrader-1 can be used for research on chronic myeloid leukemia.
