Norverapamil

Overview

Norverapamil is a metabolite of Verapamil. Verapamil is a medication used for the treatment of high blood pressure, chest pain from not enough blood flow to the heart, and supraventricular tachycardia. Norverapamil is a L-type calcium channel blocker and a P-glycoprotein (P-gp) function inhibitor.
