CHIR-090

Overview

CHIR-090 is a potent, slow, tight-binding inhibitor of the LpxC deacetylase. It binds to E. coli LpxC with a K i of 4.0 nM. CHIR-090 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
