Homouridine

Overview

Homouridine, is an uridine analogue. Homouridine serves as an intermediate to prepare MMP-2 inhibitor (compund I, IC 50 =150 μM). Homouridine derivate (compund I) also inhibits TNF-α binding to TNF-αR1.
