Overview

RSV L-protein-IN-3 is a wild-type RSV polymerase inhibitor with an IC 50 value of 10.4 μM and an EC 50 value of 2.1 μM (against RSV ). RSV L-protein-IN-3 has lesser cytotoxicity than the clinical agent, Ribavirin ( HY-B0434 ).
