sEH inhibitor-16

Overview

sEH inhibitor-16 is a soluble epoxide hydrolase ( sEH ) inhibitors with an IC 50 of 2 nM. sEH inhibitor-16 reduces the inflammatory damage in Cerulein ( HY-A0190 )-induced acute pancreatitis (AP) in mice and can be used for inflammation/immunology research.
