β-CCB

Overview

β-CCB is a ligand for benzodiazepine receptor, which inhibits the binding of [ 3 H]flunitrazepam and ethyl (3-[ 3 H]carboline-3-carboxylate to benzodiazepine receptors, with K i of 3-4 nM. β-CCB exhibits proconvulsant and anxiogenic effects.
