KV1.3-IN-1

Overview

KV1.3-IN-1 (Compound trans-18) is a KV1.3 channel inhibitor ( IC 50 : 230 nM and 26.12 nM in Ltk cells and PHA-activated T-lymphocytes respectively). KV1.3-IN-1 impairs intracellular Ca 2+ signaling. KV1.3-IN-1 inhibits T-cell activation, proliferation, and colony formation.
