Antiviral agent 35

Overview

Antiviral agent 35 (compound 4d) is an orally active and potent influenza virus inhibitor , acting function in the early stage of virus replication. Antiviral agent 35 inhibits ROS accumulation, autophagy and apoptosis induced by influenza virus , and also inhibits inflammatory response mediated by RIG-1 pathway in mouse model with pulmonary infection . Antiviral agent 35 shows little cytotoxicity with CC 50 >800 μM in MDCK cells, and anti-H1N1 (A/Weiss/43) activity with EC 50 of 2.28 μM.
