MMAF (Monomethylauristatin F) hydrochloride is a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor and is used as a antitumor agent. MMAF hydrochloride is widely used as a cytotoxic component of antibody-drug conjugates ( ADC s) such as Vorsetuzumab mafodotin and SGN-CD19A.
