Overview

HCoV-OC43-IN-1 (Compound IV-16) is a coronavirus HCoV-OC43 inhibitor. HCoV-OC43-IN-1 has antiviral efficacy (EC 50 : 90 nM). HCoV-OC43-IN-1 inhibits the mRNA level and expression of viral nucleocapsid protein (NP).
