Istaroxime oxalate

Overview

Istaroxime oxalate (PST2744 oxalate) is the oxalate form of Istaroxime ( HY-15718 ). Istaroxime oxalate is is an inotropic agent, that inhibits Na + /K + -ATPase with an IC 50 of 0.11 μM. Istaroxime oxalate increases force of contraction in guinea pig atria and twitch amplitude in isolated guinea pig myocytes without causing lethal arrhythmias.
