TM38837

Overview

TM38837 is an orally active and selective inverse agonist of cannabinoid receptor 1 ( CB1 ) with an IC 50 of 24 nM. TM38837 has higher selectivity for CB1 than for CB2 (IC 50 : 4500 nM). TM38837 can reduce body weight, improve plasma inflammatory markers and glucose homeostasis.
