Overview

AD16 (Acetamide) is a LINE-1 retrotransposon endonuclease inhibitor with the IC 50 of 4.7 μM. AD16 (Acetamide) reduce LINE-1 retrotransposition, L1-induced DNA damage, and inflammation reinforced by L1 in senescent cells.
