NLRP3-IN-34

Overview

NLRP3-IN-34 (Compound T10) is an inhibitor for NLRP3 inflammasome. NLRP3-IN-34 inhibits ROS production, NLRP3 inflammasome-dependent IL-1β production ( IC 50 is 0.48 μM in cells J774A.1), and inhibits pyroptosis . NLRP3-IN-34 exhibits anti-inflammatory activity against DSS-induced peritonitis.
