Ferroptosis-IN-11

Overview

Ferroptosis-IN-11 (compound 43) is a ferroptosis inhibitor. Ferroptosis-IN-11 can inhibit Erastin ( HY-15763 ) induced ferroptosis in HT-1080 human fibroblasts ( EC 50 =36 nM). Ferroptosis-IN-11 can be used in the study of cardiovascular disease and neurodegeneration.
