O-Me Eribulin

Overview

O-Me Eribulin is a derivative of Eribulin and is an ADC cytotoxin that can be used for ADC synthesis. O-Me Eribulin can inhibit the cell viability of SKBR3, MDA-MB-468, and A549 cells, with IC 50 values of 0.2052, 0.1827, and 0.5151 nM, respectively. O-Me Eribulin can be used for tumor research.
