Overview

S9-A13 is a potent and selective inhibitor SLC26A9 , with the IC 50 of 90.9 nM, without inhibiting other members of the SLC26 family such as SLC26A3, SLC26A4, and SLC26A6. S9-A13 can inhibits SLC26A9 Cl - currents in cells that lack expression of CFTR .
