Overview

PPARγ agonist 14 (compound 3) is a PPARy agonist ( EC 50 =2.4 μM) with anti-diabetic activity. PPARγ agonist 14 can improve intracellular glucose uptake, promote insulin release, and lower blood sugar. In addition, PPARγ agonist 14 also improves mitochondrial function, reduces oxidative stress, and inhibits inflammatory factors. PPARγ agonist 14 can be used in the study of neurodegenerative diseases, neuroinflammatory diseases, and other diseases .
