Overview

Targocil-II (Compound 2) is an ABC transporter inhibitor with a IC 50 value of 137 nM. Targocil-II prevents ATP hydrolysis by binding to allosteric sites of the TM domain. Targocil-II has ( antibacterial ) activity.
