Aminopotentidine

Overview

Aminopotentidine is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist with K B values of 220 nM and 280 nM for human and guinea pig H2 receptors, respectively. It can also serve as a precursor for the synthesis of [125I] iodo derivatives.
