Overview

TOP1288 is a narrow spectrum kinase inhibitor for P38α , Src and Syk kinase, with IC 50 of 116nM, 24nM and 659nM, respectively. TOP1288 inhibits inflammatory cytokine release from inflamed biopsies and myofibroblasts.
